{"id":9824,"date":"2022-09-14T12:28:12","date_gmt":"2022-09-14T10:28:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unpnc-cfdt.fr\/?p=9824"},"modified":"2022-09-14T12:28:12","modified_gmt":"2022-09-14T10:28:12","slug":"inflation-saison-dete-difficile-augmentations-salariales-prime","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unpncnational.traitdense.com\/?p=9824","title":{"rendered":"INFLATION + SAISON D\u2019\u00c9T\u00c9 DIFFICILE = AUGMENTATIONS SALARIALES + PRIME"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Suite au courrier* r\u00e9dig\u00e9 par l\u2019UNPNC-CFDT (d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9) les seuls syndicats repr\u00e9sentatifs en CSE central (UNPNC-CFDT \/ UNSA \/ SNPNC-FO\/ UNAC-CGC) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us par la Direction d\u2019Air France dans le courant de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, pour une consultation sur l\u2019attribution d\u2019une prime PPV (prime pouvoir achat) dite uniforme (uniforme pour tous les salari\u00e9s), ainsi que sur des augmentations de salaire d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019inflation dans notre pays. Prime vers\u00e9e sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019un accord au prochain\u00a0CSEC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong><u>Toutes ces mesures financi\u00e8res ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises unilat\u00e9ralement par la Direction\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>Prime PPV de 1 000 \u20ac <\/strong><strong>\u2192<\/strong> <strong>vers\u00e9e au 15 octobre<\/strong> afin de \u00ab r\u00e9compenser \u00bb les salari\u00e9s qui se sont largement investis cet \u00e9t\u00e9 pour que la saison se passe au mieux pour l\u2019entreprise, mais aussi pour r\u00e9pondre (instantan\u00e9ment mais partiellement) aux effets d\u2019augmentations du co\u00fbt de la vie, dus \u00e0 l\u2019inflation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Cette prime PPV va co\u00fbter plusieurs dizaines de millions \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise qui, il faut le dire, a toujours la main qui tremble s\u2019agissant de verser aux salari\u00e9s de tels montants en \u00ab\u00a0one shot\u00a0\u00bb \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>Augmentations de salaires de <\/strong><strong>5 % <\/strong><strong>en trois phases\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>\u2192<\/strong> 2 % au 1<sup>er<\/sup> novembre 2022<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>\u2192<\/strong> 2,5 % au 1<sup>er<\/sup> f\u00e9vrier 2023<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>\u2192 <\/strong>0.5 % lors des NAO en mai 2023<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>\u2192 <\/strong>Montant plancher de 130\u20ac pour les salaires sont les plus bas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #003366;font-size: 20px\"><strong>Pour r\u00e9sumer, aujourd\u2019hui\u00a0c\u2019est :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;font-size: 20px\">\u2192 1000 \u20ac le 15 octobre<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;font-size: 20px\">\u2192 5 % en 3 \u00e9tapes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;font-size: 20px\">\u2192 Puis n\u00e9gociations NAO en mai 2023 o\u00f9 <span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>les principales demandes de l\u2019UNPNC concerneront des augmentations PUA \/ IKV \/ salariales\u2026 etc.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Notre analyse\u00a0: Pour l\u2019UNPNC nous sommes bien s\u00fbr loin du compte, puisque l\u2019inflation en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e devrait se situer au minimum \u00e0 hauteur de 6 %&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Le versement de la prime PPV et les trois augmentations (2 % + 2,5\u00a0% + 0.5%) ne repr\u00e9sentent, pour nous, qu\u2019un pr\u00e9lude aux n\u00e9gociations NAO qui se d\u00e9rouleront au printemps prochain et pendant lesquelles des ajustements significatifs devront \u00eatre faits par l\u2019entreprise en direction du PNC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">L\u2019entreprise a donc entendu partiellement notre demande concernant l\u2019attribution d\u2019une prime, et m\u00eame si elle a r\u00e9pondu favorablement sur le fond (mais pas sur la forme) nous ne voyons que des bonnes raisons d\u2019exiger que les augmentations de salaires suivent de pr\u00e8s les taux de l\u2019inflation\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Les N\u00e9gociations Obligatoires Annuelles (NAO) se d\u00e9rouleront en mai 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">En effet, la Direction ne conna\u00eet que trop l\u2019engouement fr\u00e9n\u00e9tique et l\u2019hyst\u00e9rie revendicative qui pr\u00e9sident \u00e0 ce type de n\u00e9gociations situ\u00e9es juste en amont d\u2019\u00e9lections importantes\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;font-size: 20px\"><strong>Le versement de la prime PPV et les mesures d\u2019augmentations mises en \u0153uvre aujourd\u2019hui ne sont donc qu\u2019un d\u00e9but, les n\u00e9gociations NAO nous permettrons de rattraper la hausse de l\u2019inflation en 2023 (et plus encore\u2026)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">On constate en ce moment que l\u2019information est vite (et facilement) transform\u00e9e en propagande\u2026un rappel s\u2019impose\u00a0:\u00a0\u00a0 Pour l\u2019UNPNC, il ne s\u2019agit pas de veiller sur ce que les PNC doivent penser, savoir ou ignorer, ni de veiller sur ce que les PNC doivent voir\u2026mais surtout ne pas regarder\u00a0! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Pour nous, le r\u00f4le d\u2019un vrai syndicat c\u2019est aussi de participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mancipation des salari\u00e9s en donnant les bonnes informations et les bons \u00e9clairages, des cl\u00e9s de compr\u00e9hension pour que chacun appr\u00e9hende et comprenne par lui-m\u00eame les enjeux sociaux et \u00e9conomiques li\u00e9s aux PNC dans l\u2019entreprise, sans distorsion ni palabre inutile. L\u2019UNPNC ce n\u2019est pas \u00ab\u00a0BFM-PNC\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00bb<\/strong><strong>\u00a0!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><a
