r\u00e9int\u00e9grer tous les PNC concern\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9chelon correspondant \u00e0 leur anciennet\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la mesure de d\u00e9gel se limitant \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode du plan Transform 2015 et \u00e0 indemniser les PNC concern\u00e9s sur le rattrapage de ces \u00e9chelons.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #003366\">En effet les juges ont estim\u00e9 qu\u2019Air France avait viol\u00e9 le principe d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 vis \u00e0 vis de nos coll\u00e8gues PNT et le non-respect du d\u00e9gel des \u00e9chelons \u00e0 la fin du plan Transform 2015.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #003366\"><img decoding=\"async\"
