{"id":9766,"date":"2022-06-27T12:14:55","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T10:14:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unpnc-cfdt.fr\/?p=9766"},"modified":"2022-06-27T12:14:55","modified_gmt":"2022-06-27T10:14:55","slug":"services-sur-a350-de-lexpertise-a-lineptie-il-ny-a-quun-pas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unpncnational.traitdense.com\/?p=9766","title":{"rendered":"Services sur A350 : de l\u2019expertise \u00e0 l\u2019ineptie, il n\u2019y a qu\u2019un pas !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Nous apprenons suite \u00e0 la lecture du \u00ab\u00a0mot du produit\u00a0\u00bb, que les experts en la mati\u00e8re ont planch\u00e9 sur la probl\u00e9matique de la r\u00e9alisation des services en Business sur 350, et ont trouv\u00e9 une solution miracle jusqu\u2019alors jamais pens\u00e9e\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Et pour cause, cette solution r\u00e9sout (cela reste \u00e0 prouver en exploitation) le probl\u00e8me d\u2019UN service, celui des prestations principales mais, en aucun cas, l\u2019ensemble des services en Business, ce qui est donc un \u00e9cran de fum\u00e9e pour plaider en faveur des irritants PNC sur leurs conditions de travail depuis la mise en exploitation de cet avion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><u>Pire encore<\/u>, les experts viennent de cr\u00e9er un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, et surtout, un alourdissement de la charge de travail en W et Y avec des risques (mesur\u00e9s\u00a0?) SST et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des vols.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003366\">En Business<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Les experts \u00e9crivent, que les services en Business des prestations principales seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s d\u00e9sormais depuis les portes 2 : excellente nouvelle ! <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366\">Mais que se cache derri\u00e8re cette nouvelle ? <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366\">Eh bien, pire qu\u2019avant ! Les VRA des prestations secondaires situ\u00e9es en portes 1 imposent un transfert vers les portes 2 !<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366\">Vous pensiez que le probl\u00e8me des toilettes \u00e9tait r\u00e9solu ? Non ! La toilette en portes 1 devant \u00eatre privatis\u00e9e 20mn avant la descente (et \u00e0 tout moment sur demande) pour les besoins physiologiques des pilotes, le flux de passagers ira vers la porte 2, soit une trentaine qui stationneront devant l\u2019unique toilette disponible pendant le long, tr\u00e8s long service du petit d\u00e9jeuner, sans compter les tentatives des 24 passagers de la cabine W de s\u2019y rendre !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Le PNC prendra sa casquette de policier, au moment o\u00f9 il devra se reconcentrer sur la SV, car fatigu\u00e9 d\u2019un vol de nuit, il devra subir \u00e0 nouveau les probl\u00e9matiques, finalement, non r\u00e9solues comme inscrites dans \u00ab\u00a0le mot du produit\u00a0\u00bb, avec des services encore denses (rangements, plombages, proc\u00e9dures douani\u00e8res\u2026).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>En Premium Economy et Economy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Vos experts \u00e9voquent \u00ab\u00a0une double r\u00e9chauffe des cassolettes est \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir\u2026\u00a0\u00bb, ils ont omis de pr\u00e9ciser qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de 98 cassolettes, soit trois extracteurs, du jamais vu \u00e0 AF\u00a0! Sans parler de l\u2019organisation alourdie, avez-vous pens\u00e9 aux impacts SST\u00a0? Avec des extracteurs br\u00fblants \u00e0 ranger\u00a0? Et les vols Inde ainsi que YYZ, avec une quantit\u00e9 astronomique de SPML, quelle organisation\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Ce n\u2019est pas fini\u00a0: Les VDA boissons se trouvent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du galley et nos experts ont trouv\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e de ne mettre \u00e0 disposition des 290 passagers qu\u2019une seule VDA libre-service\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Cerise sur le g\u00e2teau\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un bin\u00f4me \u00e0 l\u2019office\u00a0\u00bb \u2026 et oui, personne n\u2019y avait pens\u00e9 avant, mais vos experts ont invent\u00e9 le \u00ab\u00a0voltigeur\u00a0\u00bb qui va s\u2019armer de force et d\u2019endurance pour pr\u00e9parer les services, et les r\u00e9aliser en faisant le grand \u00e9cart dans une cabine de 290 si\u00e8ges\u00a0! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Ce n\u2019est toujours pas tout\u00a0: 8 VRA de service dont certaines en double fond, en deux phases et \u00e0 partir d\u2019un seul galley, du jamais vu aussi, car entre les deux s\u00e9quences, les 8 VRA seront sorties avec leurs 16 tiroirs de boissons que le voltigeur aura gr\u00e9\u00e9s, au milieu de 6 PNC et d\u2019un espace contraint\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">La SV a-t-elle \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9e\u00a0? O\u00f9 positionner ces 8 VRA et ces 6 PNC\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">La co-activit\u00e9 est un facteur aggravant des risques d\u2019AT, comment l\u2019entreprise peut-elle faire prendre des risques inconsid\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 ses salari\u00e9s\u00a0?
