\"\u27a1\ufe0f\" <\/span>L\u2019entreprise et les OS avaient sign\u00e9 un accord pour le versement de la prime Macron de 160\u20ac en d\u00e9cembre 2021 et 160\u20ac en d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u27a1\ufe0f\" <\/span>Le dispositif Macron permet jusqu\u2019au 31\/3\/2022 de verser aux salari\u00e9s le montant brut en net.<\/span><\/div>\n

Donc l\u2019entreprise devait payer environ 90\u20ac de charges \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat et 160\u20ac aux salari\u00e9s, c\u2019est la raison pour laquelle la proposition est de 250\u20ac.<\/span><\/div>\n
Cependant la prime Macron est plafonn\u00e9e \u00e0 1000\u20ac.<\/span><\/div>\n

De ce fait L\u2019UNPNC-CFDT demande une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation de cette proposition.<\/span><\/div>\n

\"\u27a1\ufe0f\" <\/span>Par ailleurs, l\u2019augmentation des IKV repr\u00e9sente 2.3% d\u2019augmentation alors que le gouvernement va augmenter le bar\u00e8me kilom\u00e9trique de 10%!<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La direction nous affirme que cette augmentation coutera plusieurs millions(~5M\u20ac).<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u26a0\ufe0f\" <\/span>La situation actuelle pour les salari\u00e9s est de plus en plus compliqu\u00e9e financi\u00e8rement, l\u2019UNPNC-cfdt a rappel\u00e9 que pour certains salari\u00e9s, venir travailler leurs imposent des sacrifices financiers.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u26a0\ufe0f\" <\/span>L\u2019ensemble des organisations ont refus\u00e9 pour le moment de signer ces propositions.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

L\u2019UNPNC-CFDT a demand\u00e9 une revalorisation de la proposition de l\u2019entreprise.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
