#003366\">Attendu depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, l\u2019Arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 8 novembre 2021 fixant la liste des organisations syndicales reconnues repr\u00e9sentatives dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de n\u00e9gociation du secteur a\u00e9rien, vient enfin d\u2019\u00eatre publi\u00e9\u00a0!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>LES SYNDICATS REPR\u00c9SENTATIFS PNC AU NIVEAU DU SECTEUR A\u00c9RIEN AU NATIONAL\u00a0: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><span style=\"color: #f06520\"><strong>UNPNC-CFDT<\/strong><\/span><strong> \/ <\/strong><span style=\"color: #0c0f9a\"><strong>UNSA A\u00c9RIEN<\/strong><\/span><strong> \/ <\/strong><span style=\"color: #1ca8df\"><strong>SNPNC-FO<\/strong><\/span><strong> \/ <\/strong><span style=\"color: #c00000\"><strong>CGT-PNC <\/strong><\/span><strong>\/ <\/strong><strong>CFE-CGC UNAC<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Le sujet du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u2019action des syndicats PNC est un sujet majeur pour nous, PNC, sachant que les PNC ne disposent (h\u00e9las) pas de convention nationale qui permettrait de fixer un cadre l\u00e9gal et administratif stable pour l\u2019exercice de notre m\u00e9tier&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">En cons\u00e9quence, ce sont les seuls syndicats repr\u00e9sentatifs au niveau national du secteur a\u00e9rien qui sont en capacit\u00e9 de participer directement aux d\u00e9cisions engageant les personnels navigants tant au niveau national (Minist\u00e8re des Transports Fran\u00e7ais \/ DGAC, qu\u2019au niveau europ\u00e9en avec l\u2019Agence Europ\u00e9enne de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 A\u00e9rienne (EASA)).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>S<span style=\"color: #003366\">EULS LES SYNDICATS QUI SONT REPRESENTATIFS\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>DANS L\u2019A\u00c9RIEN AU NIVEAU NATIONAL PEUVENT\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>N\u00e9gocier les dispositions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales contenues dans le Code de l\u2019Aviation Civile (CAC) qui encadrent nos accords collectifs<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>Intervenir aupr\u00e8s du Minist\u00e8re des Transports et la DGAC <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>N\u00e9gocier sur les sujets CRPN\u00a0\/ CPAM \/ TRANSITION PRO (ainsi que tous les dispositifs d\u2019\u00c9tat qui concernent les PNC pour la formation, la reconversion, les retraites, le temps partiel, le ch\u00f4mage, la couverture sociale etc.)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>N\u00e9gocier au niveau de l\u2019Europe avec l\u2019EASA (FTL etc.)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>Participer aux travaux des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations Europ\u00e9enne et internationale des transports \/ European Transport Workers\u2019 Federation (ETF) et International Transport Worker\u2019s Federation (ITF)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f06520\"><strong>Pour r\u00e9sumer, aujourd\u2019hui un syndicat PNC, sans repr\u00e9sentation nationale, est d\u00e9pourvu de toute capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 repr\u00e9senter des PNC au niveau de l\u2019Etat et de l\u2019Europe.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f06520\"><strong>Il est, en cons\u00e9quence, incapable techniquement et administrativement de participer et surtout d\u2019agir sur tous les sujets importants \u00e9voqu\u00e9s ci-dessus\u00a0!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f06520\"><strong>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, sa voix ne d\u00e9passera pas la passerelle qui relie la cite PN au
