Un rappel, en 2004 lorsque Air France a rachet\u00e9 KLM, cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tait quasiment en faillite. Depuis, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019alliance Air France-KLM, KLM a connu une croissance exponentielle en profitant amplement de l&#8217;acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais qui est trois fois plus important qu&#8217;aux Pays-Bas. Le march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais est, et reste l\u2019un des plus grands, des plus attractifs et des plus lucratifs au monde, avec 89 millions d&#8217;arriv\u00e9es internationales en 2018.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">KLM b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e9galement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la force de vente commune avec Air France d\u2019un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quivalent aux contrats lucratifs d&#8217;entreprise d&#8217;Air France. Sans cet acc\u00e8s, la part de KLM dans les revenus du groupe serait bien moins importante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Un constat s\u2019impose donc : KLM ne pourrait pas \u00eatre aussi attractive et lucrative sans acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">KLM tire \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la communaut\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes de ventes et du revenue management qui restent cependant dirig\u00e9s par une direction issue de KLM.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Air France ne contr\u00f4le ni ses propres investissements num\u00e9riques, ni ses propres ventes dans le fret, ni m\u00eame ses propres revenus, KLM pense que c&#8217;est en quelque sorte normal. Et pourtant au sein du groupe, il existe deux tr\u00e9soreries distinctes, puisque KLM a toujours refus\u00e9 le \u00ab cash pooling \u00bb au niveau de la holding. Il n\u2019y a donc jamais eu un seul euro transf\u00e9r\u00e9 de KLM vers Air France, il est donc faux de penser que KLM \u00ab soutient \u00bb Air France. Air France finance seule tous ses investissements, y compris sa flotte, mais surtout finance \u00e9galement majoritairement, \u00e0 hauteur de 60 %, l\u2019ensemble des investissements communs du Groupe dont KLM b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e9videmment. Tous les syst\u00e8mes partag\u00e9s entre les compagnies a\u00e9riennes sont donc majoritairement financ\u00e9s par Air France. Ainsi que les expatri\u00e9s internationaux qui sont \u00e9galement majoritairement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s par Air France.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Il en ressort que sans Air France, KLM devrait payer plus du double pour maintenir le m\u00eame niveau d&#8217;investissement et de fonctionnalit\u00e9 qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui. <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si le Work Council de KLM pense que ce \u00ab mariage \u00bb est tellement en sa d\u00e9faveur et qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re que l\u2019herbe est potentiellement plus verte ailleurs, il est peut-\u00eatre temps de se poser objectivement la bonne question : est- il imaginable de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019autant d\u2019avantages en se s\u00e9parant d\u2019Air France et en s\u2019associant \u00e0 d\u2019autres partenaires ? Il faudrait avant tout un acheteur, sachant in fine que l&#8217;accord de la holding s\u2019av\u00e8rerait indispensable puisque KLM demeure une filiale de AF-KLM.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9 Air France a prouv\u00e9 \u00e0 maintes reprises qu&#8217;elle a la volont\u00e9 et les moyens de survivre et a d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 son engagement \u00e0 se transformer. Dans la difficile p\u00e9riode que nous traversons, l\u2019heure devrait \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t qu\u2019aux craintes et divisions. Nous appelons par cons\u00e9quent nos coll\u00e8gues de KLM \u00e0 plus de mesure et retenue dans leurs d\u00e9clarations.
