Pour les autres, c\u2019est une de\u0301ception de constater qu\u2019une fois encore, les promesses et les slogans n\u2019auront engage\u0301 que ceux qui y auront cru.<\/p>\n<p>Pour nous PNC, c\u2019est de nouveau une de\u0301ception de voir l\u2019ensemble des syndicats PNC qui nous repre\u0301sentent, passer par un processus conflictuel pour finalement apposer leur signature sur cet accord. Il fallait certes retrouver la paix sociale, mais tout c\u0327a pour c\u0327a ?!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h2>2 &#8211; 1 = 4 ?<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019annonce des re\u0301sultats NAO : <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>2%<\/strong><\/span> re\u0301troactif au 1er janvier 2018 (incluant <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>les 0,6% et 0,4%<\/strong><\/span>) et <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2% en 2019<\/span><\/strong>, n\u2019aura trompe\u0301 personne. C\u0327a fait bien au <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>final 1% pour 2018<\/strong><\/span>, tre\u0300s loin des 6 puis 5,1 % revendique\u0301s.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Les faits parlant suffisamment d\u2019eux-me\u0302mes, nul besoin de commenter plus loin cette \u00ab performance syndicale \u00bb. Sans doute, des objectifs purement politiques et e\u0301lectoralistes se cachaient-ils derrie\u0300re des revendications claironnantes, qui ont e\u0301te\u0301 finalement si promptement liquide\u0301es ?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h2>L\u2019UNPNC ET LES NAO EN 4 QUESTIONS :<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Petit rappel historique pour s\u2019y retrouver&#8230;<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Historiquement depuis plus de 10 ans, pour nous PNC, les augmentations salariales se font plus ou moins naturellement gra\u0302ce a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301volution pre\u0301vue par notre accord collectif. Apre\u0300s nous avoir vendu du re\u0302ve lors de la ne\u0301gociation de notre ACG 2017, le SNPNC et l\u2019UNSA ont finalement, apre\u0300s un coup de the\u0301a\u0302tre (et les bretelles de pantalon de\u0301tache\u0301es) appose\u0301 leurs signatures. Ces augmentations ont alors pris un se\u0301rieux coup de rabot.<\/p>\n<p>Ces syndicats n\u2019ont eu d\u2019autres solutions pour faire oublier ce fiasco que de prendre le pre\u0301texte des NAO, traditionnellement ne\u0301gocie\u0301es par les organisations syndicales centrales (syndicats sols majoritaires).<br \/> En mars 2018, la CFDT et la CGC signent les NAO 2018. S\u2019en suit une opposition imme\u0301diate de l\u2019Intersyndicale, de l\u2019UNAC et de l\u2019UNPNC (te\u0301moignant au passage de sa liberte\u0301 de pense\u0301e et d\u2019action vis-a\u0300-vis de sa centrale).<\/p>\n<p>9 mois plus tard : signature le vendredi 19 octobre par presque tous les syndicats d\u2019un accord NAO a\u0300 2% pour 2018 soit 1 % de plus qu\u2019en mars.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">1 -L\u2019UNPNC a signe\u0301 oui ou non cet accord ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Non, c\u2019est impossible : a\u0300 l\u2019inverse du SNPNC-FO, de l\u2019UNSA Ae\u0301rien et de l\u2019UNAC- CGC, l\u2019UNPNC n\u2019est pas repre\u0301sentatif.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">2- Et si l\u2019UNPNC avait pu signer ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Comme pour toute de\u0301cision importante, seule et uniquement la voix de nos adhe\u0301rents compte. A l\u2019UNPNC, avant toute prise de de\u0301cision majeure un re\u0301fe\u0301rendum interne est organise\u0301, nos adhe\u0301rents sont e\u0301claire\u0301s et in fine, ils sont les de\u0301cideurs ! Nous ne consultons pas nos adhe\u0301rents seulement a\u0300 Noe\u0308l pour savoir s\u2019ils pre\u0301fe\u0300rent un porte cle\u0301 lumineux, ou un stylo lampe&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">3- Cet accord NAO, l\u2019UNPNC en pense quoi ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nous ne pouvons pas nous permettre le luxe de de\u0301daigner cette augmentation !<br \/> En revanche concernant la me\u0301thode de l\u2019Intersyndicale, nous PNC, devons-nous dire merci pour la de\u0301monstration de puissance conclue par une perte de 335 M\u20ac et de l&#8217;inte\u0301ressement individuel 2019 (-2000 \u20ac) ??? Chacun connait la re\u0301ponse&#8230; Utiliser une fois encore l\u2019agitation sociale en instrumentalisant le me\u0301contentement des salarie\u0301s a\u0300 des fins politiques est inadmissible !<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">4- Et maintenant on fait quoi ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Il faudra comme le SNPL (qui a bien utilise\u0301 l\u2019Intersyndicale comme marchepied) aller chercher des ame\u0301liorations en ne\u0301gociations cate\u0301gorielles. En matie\u0300re de QVT, l\u2019UNPNC travaille de\u0301ja\u0300 sur ce sujet suite a\u0300 l\u2019enque\u0302te re\u0301alise\u0301e cet e\u0301te\u0301. (Le sujet a de\u0301ja\u0300 e\u0301te\u0301 e\u0301voque\u0301 aupre\u0300s de la Direction). Le dossier GP qui concerne tous les salarie\u0301s sera aussi au menu. Nous attendons aussi avec de\u0301termination le plus gros dossier a\u0300 venir : le projet industriel de Ben Smith.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #ff6600;\">En conclusion, nous de\u0301plorons que des postures syndicales soient prises dans l\u2019unique but de servir des inte\u0301re\u0302ts politiques et e\u0301lectoraux.
