Ce changement aurait des conse\u0301quences ne\u0301fastes pour l\u2019octroi des conge\u0301s. Cela s&#8217;appelle tout simplement du CHANTAGE !!!<br \/>\nNotre volonte\u0301 est de construire une nouvelle plateforme revendicative afin d&#8217;obtenir des augmentations a\u0300 la hauteur de ce que nous avons perdu.<br \/>\nNous avons par exemple demande\u0301 une revalorisation des indemnite\u0301s repas : <strong>refus cate\u0301gorique de la direction<\/strong> !!!<br \/>\nL&#8217;intersyndicale prend donc ses responsabilite\u0301s en refusant de signer ce &#8220;protocole&#8221; en l\u2019e\u0301tat. La direction a maintenant le choix de changer sa position ou d\u2019affronter la cole\u0300re de ses salarie\u0301s.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\u2022 PREVOYANCE PNC<\/h2>\n<p>En revanche, nous nous fe\u0301licitons d&#8217;avoir enfin obtenu une couverture pre\u0301voyance PNC; et ce, apre\u0300s des anne\u0301es de ne\u0301gociations mene\u0301es conjointement et sans aucun ralliement a\u0300 une quelconque OS se targuant d&#8217;en e\u0302tre l&#8217;instigatrice.<br \/>\nCette pe\u0301voyance s\u2019accompagnera d\u2019un livret explicatif distribue\u0301 par la DRH et destine\u0301 a\u0300 chaque salarie\u0301. Ne\u0301anmoins nous restons a\u0300 votre disposition pour toute question concernant le sujet. <strong>ATTENTION : la pre\u0301voyance couvre la longue maladie mais ne remplace pas une assurance perte de licence<\/strong>. Tout PNC ayant de\u0301ja\u0300 souscrit une assurance doit donc se rapprocher de son assureur afin d\u2019e\u0301valuer les clauses de contrat a\u0300 conserver ou modifier.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2022 GESTION CALAMITEUSE<\/h2>\n<p>Au vu des situations de crises que nous subissons en ce de\u0301but d&#8217;anne\u0301e : &#8211; nombreuses pannes avions et donc vols affre\u0301te\u0301s ou annule\u0301s<br \/>\n&#8211; perte des heures de vols pour les PNC CORSAIR<br \/>\n&#8211; plannings instables<br \/>\n&#8211; vols en PEQ re\u0301duit dus aux nombreuses absences de PNC en arre\u0302t maladie voire en longue maladie et a\u0300 la mauvaise gestion des effectifs<br \/>\n&#8211; augmentation des heures de MEP<br \/>\n&#8211; etc.<br \/>\nA ce sujet, nous vous rappelons la re\u0300gle de re\u0301mune\u0301ration des MEP :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de1a\u030010h\/mois:paye\u0301ea\u030050%<\/li>\n<li>de11a\u030020h\/mois:paye\u0301ea\u030075%<\/li>\n<li>au-dela\u0300 de la 20e\u0300me h\/mois : paye\u0301e a\u0300 100%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les de\u0301le\u0301gue\u0301s ont alerte\u0301 la Direction depuis plusieurs mois que le nombre de CQP engage\u0301s (30 seulement) ne suffirait pas a\u0300 couvrir les <strong>besoins en effectif<\/strong>. Mais face a\u0300 un refus cate\u0301gorique d&#8217;ordre budge\u0301taire, encore une fois le PNC subit une re\u0301elle pression :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>enchainement des vols avec repos minimum,<\/li>\n<li>vols en e\u0301quipage re\u0301duit,<\/li>\n<li>conge\u0301s annuels refuse\u0301s,<\/li>\n<li>manque de chefs de cabine, etc <a href=\"https:\/\/impotenciastop.pt\/\">impotenciastop.pt<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Or, 4 de nos colle\u0300gues SOL (voire plus) attendent depuis bien longtemps a\u0300 inte\u0301grer ou retrouver un contrat PNC. Mais la\u0300 encore, la direction refuse de voir l&#8217;urgence&#8230;<br \/>\nEt lorsque nous re\u0301clamons 4 REP COM sur les vols affre\u0301te\u0301s en tenant compte de la pe\u0301nibilite\u0301 d&#8217;e\u0302tre qu&#8217;a\u0300 2 ( tels que sur les vols YUL), une fois de plus la direction nous re\u0301pond que dans ce cas, elle ne pourrait accorder les CP demande\u0301s s&#8217;il fallait pre\u0301voir plus de PNC pour ces pe\u0301riodes d&#8217;affre\u0300tement. Cela s&#8217;appelle tout simplement du <strong>CHANTAGE<\/strong>!!!<br \/>\nEn cette pe\u0301riode anxioge\u0300ne que nous traversons et au vu de la re\u0301tention d\u2019informations de la part de nos dirigeants, vous pouvez compter sur une <strong>intersyndicale unie et forte de sa repre\u0301sentativite\u0301 (54% de vos votes)<\/strong> ce qui sera capital afin de de\u0301fendre nos droits.
