Dont acte ! Les indicateurs retenus sont les indicateurs strat\u00e9giques de l&#8217;Entreprise : le Net Promoteur Score (<b>NPS) <\/b>qui mesure la satisfaction client et la <b>D0 <\/b>qui mesure la ponctualit\u00e9 au d\u00e9part de nos avions. <b>Le gain maximum possible pour chaque salari\u00e9 est de 600\u20ac brut\/ an<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les r\u00e9sultats sur objectifs seront <span class=\"s3\" style=\"color: #e15c12;\"><b>calcul\u00e9s mensuellement et vers\u00e9s chaque trimestre<\/b><\/span>. L&#8217;enveloppe globale d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 ce volet est de 19,4 M \u20ac maxi en 2018 et 2019. En 2017 o\u00f9 elle sera au maximum de 6.8M \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/unpncnational.traitdense.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/resulats-sur-objectifs.png&#8221; show_in_lightbox=&#8221;on&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Image&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.51&#8243;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Texte&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.51&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La Direction veut faire de ce volet &#8220;performance op\u00e9rationnelle&#8221; un outil de motivation des \u00e9quipes. Bonne id\u00e9e ! Pour que cela soit r\u00e9ellement le cas, il faut n\u00e9anmoins <b>que les objectifs collectifs fix\u00e9s soient r\u00e9alistes. <\/b>La CFDT a pes\u00e9 en ce sens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Rappelons toutefois qu&#8217;un accord d&#8217;int\u00e9ressement ne doit pas \u00eatre per\u00e7u comme une prime de salaire d\u00e9guis\u00e9e, l&#8217;URSSAF y veille ! En effet, pour m\u00e9moire les primes d&#8217;int\u00e9ressement ne sont pas soumises \u00e0 cotisations sociales (hors CSG CRDS).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">\n<h3><b>3\u00e8me volet : Sur-int\u00e9ressement exceptionnel Trust Together (BOOST) <\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Ce sur-int\u00e9ressement est conditionn\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation effective de la nouvelle Compagnie pr\u00e9vue dans le projet BOOST et \u00e0 une marge op\u00e9rationnelle sup\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 2.5%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">L&#8217;enveloppe de ce sur-int\u00e9ressement est plafonn\u00e9e \u00e0 200 M\u20ac.
