L’accord collectif du PNC est \u00e0 nouveau ouvert \u00e0 signature ce jour jusqu’au 11 juillet! Et ce pour 5 ans.
\nPour rappel le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent accord collectif n’avait recueilli que la seule signature de l’UNAC, le rendant inop\u00e9rant. Le PNC sans garantie contractuelle n’\u00e9tait plus prot\u00e9g\u00e9, raison pour laquelle l’UNPNC a demand\u00e9 la r\u00e9vision de la convention d’entreprise du PNC le 22 Juin .<\/p>\n
Suite \u00e0 notre courrier de demande de r\u00e9vision, une grande panique s’est empar\u00e9e des syndicats non signataires de l’accord collectif, qui ont appel\u00e9 au plus vite la direction afin de revoir leur position.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n On s’interroge sur la strat\u00e9gie syndicale de l’Intersyndicale. \nCette volte-face permettra-t-elle la signature d’un accord dont on ne conna\u00eet pas encore les termes, mais qui s’approcherait grandement de ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par l’UNAC-CGC ? …<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
\nL’UNPNC quant \u00e0 elle, a pris ses responsabilit\u00e9s qui visiblement ont port\u00e9 leurs fruits.
\nLe PNC devrait conna\u00eetre le d\u00e9nouement prochainement.
