:<\/span><\/p>\n 1<\/strong>. <\/span>l’unit\u00e9 syndicale face \u00e0 la Direction<\/span><\/p>\n 2. <\/span><\/strong>la responsabilit\u00e9 des participants face aux PNC dans la conduite des n\u00e9gociations<\/span><\/p>\n 3. <\/span><\/strong>le besoin par les PNC d’\u00eatre tous consult\u00e9s au sujet des accords propos\u00e9s<\/span><\/p>\n 4. <\/span><\/strong>le r\u00e9tablissement du dialogue social avec l’entreprise<\/span><\/p>\n 5.<\/span><\/strong> le renouveau de la confiance des PNC dans l’action syndicale<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text
