Un triple choix qui laisse planer le risque d&rsquo;un &eacute;chec de la concertation.<\/h2>\n<p>Les dirigeants du SNPL Air France continuent de jouer avec les nerfs de la direction et d&#8217;une partie de leurs adh&eacute;rents. Appel&eacute;s &agrave; se prononcer sur le projet d&#8217;accord , qui doit notamment permettre le lancement d&#8217;une nouvelle compagnie &agrave; co&ucirc;ts r&eacute;duits, les repr&eacute;sentants des pilotes d&#8217;Air France, r&eacute;unis en conseil ce jeudi, ont finalement d&eacute;cid&eacute;, apr&egrave;s plusieurs heures d&#8217;un d&eacute;bat houleux, de laisser trancher les pilotes adh&eacute;rents du SNPL, &agrave; l&#8217;occasion d&#8217;un scrutin interne qui doit avoir lieu <em>&laquo;dans les prochains jours&raquo;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Mais contrairement &agrave; ce qu&#8217;esp&eacute;rait la direction d&#8217;Air France et les partisans d&#8217;un accord, les pilotes ne devront pas se prononcer simplement pour ou contre le projet d&#8217;accord de la direction. Les adh&eacute;rents du SNPL AF auront en effet le choix entre trois possibilit&eacute;s et deux textes : le projet de la direction ou celui du bureau du SNPL Air France, dirig&eacute; par Philippe Evain, qui apporte quelques modifications suppl&eacute;mentaires, la troisi&egrave;me possibilit&eacute; &eacute;tant le rejet de tout accord.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"intertitre\">Un triple choix d&eacute;cri&eacute; par les partisans d&#8217;un accord<\/h3>\n<p>La proposition qui recueillera le plus de suffrages sera celle que le SNPL AF adoptera, m&ecirc;me si elle n&#8217;a pas la majorit&eacute; absolue. Ce qui laisse au projet de la direction une bonne chance d&#8217;aboutir puisqu&#8217;en f&eacute;vrier dernier, la majorit&eacute; des pilotes d&#8217;Air France (et 62&nbsp;% des adh&eacute;rents du SNPL AF) appel&eacute;s &agrave; se voter &agrave; titre consultatif, s&#8217;&eacute;taient prononc&eacute;s en faveur du projet Boost de cr&eacute;ation d&#8217;une filiale &agrave; co&ucirc;ts r&eacute;duits.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, une partie des repr&eacute;sentants syndicaux auraient pr&eacute;f&eacute;r&eacute; un scrutin moins complexe, certains voyant m&ecirc;me, dans ce triple choix propos&eacute; aux adh&eacute;rents, une ultime manoeuvre du bureau Air France, r&eacute;put&eacute; hostile au projet Boost, pour tenter de faire capoter tout projet d&#8217;accord. Un amendement demandant l&#8217;organisation d&#8217;un r&eacute;f&eacute;rendum pour ou contre le projet de la direction a m&ecirc;me &eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;pos&eacute;, sans toutefois obtenir le soutien de la majorit&eacute; du conseil.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"intertitre\">Deux fa&ccedil;ons de dire &laquo; non &raquo;<\/h3>\n<p>Les opposants &agrave; cette consultation soulignent en effet que le fait de voter en faveur du projet pr&eacute;sent&eacute; par le bureau du SNPL AF reviendrait en fait &agrave; refuser un accord avec la direction, cette derni&egrave;re ayant clairement exclu de rouvrir des n&eacute;gociations . Sur les trois choix soumis au vote des pilotes, deux conduiraient ainsi &agrave; une confrontation avec la direction qui n&#8217;aurait d&#8217;autre choix que de se d&eacute;dire ou de poursuivre son projet sans Air France et ses pilotes. A cette crainte s&#8217;ajoute chez certains, le regret que la consultation soit r&eacute;serv&eacute;e aux adh&eacute;rents du SNPL et non pas ouverte &agrave; l&#8217;ensemble des pilotes d&#8217;Air France, comme ce fut le cas en f&eacute;vrier.
