Pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la moulinette d&#8217;un dialogue social d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re, ce projet, comme tant d&#8217;autres, se heurte au paradigme du rapport de force dont les partenaires sociaux ne savent pas sortir. La Direction impose, les Syndicats s&#8217;opposent et au final, ce sont les salari\u00e9s qui trinquent.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9volution r\u00e9cente du statut juridique du projet sous la menace du risque de d\u00e9lit de marchandage, au-del\u00e0 du sentiment d&#8217;amateurisme et de jusqu&#8217;au boutisme qu&#8217;il provoque, se d\u00e9cide entre quelques \u00ab\u00a0happy few\u00a0\u00bb. Les nouvelles conditions communiqu\u00e9es \u00e0 la h\u00e2te font craindre des arrangements bien \u00e9loign\u00e9s d&#8217;un projet visionnaire en phase avec ce qu&#8217;attendent tous les salari\u00e9s rel\u00e9gu\u00e9s au rang de spectateurs.<\/p>\n<h2>Une mise en \u0153uvre contestable<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e9j\u00e0, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, en affichant l&#8217;exclusion des PNC (Personnel Navigant Commercial) dont l&#8217;\u00e9cart de co\u00fbt avec nos concurrents serait trop \u00e9lev\u00e9, la dissonance avec le programme Trust Together a fait grincer les dents.\u00a0 Beaucoup ont pens\u00e9 tout bas : \u00ab\u00a0la Direction a achet\u00e9 les pilotes en sacrifiant les PNC\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ce choix strat\u00e9gique est d&#8217;autant plus \u00e9tonnant que l&#8217;entreprise se recentre sur la relation client et ne cesse d&#8217;affirmer que la richesse de la compagnie est dans ses hommes et ses femmes. Or, qui est au contact des clients ?<\/p>\n<p>Alors que la digitalisation des process d&#8217;achat, d&#8217;enregistrement et d&#8217;embarquement \u00e9loigne de plus en plus le client de l&#8217;humain (souvenez-vous, ce qui fait la force de notre compagnie&#8230;) et que c&#8217;est bien \u00e0 bord de l&#8217;avion que le contact peut se renouer, on va se priver de nos h\u00f4tesses et stewards\u00a0? De leur culture a\u00e9ronautique, de la \u00ab\u00a0French Touch\u00a0\u00bb tant pris\u00e9e par nos passagers pour embaucher des PNC low cost ? Cette strat\u00e9gie qui semble guid\u00e9e uniquement par les co\u00fbts ne peut pas \u00eatre f\u00e9d\u00e9ratrice.<\/p>\n<p>Cette diff\u00e9rence de traitement va \u00e9galement \u00e0 l&#8217;encontre de la culture de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui est le socle incontournable d&#8217;une compagnie a\u00e9rienne. En effet, le vecteur principal de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des vols r\u00e9side dans la synergie de l&#8217;\u00e9quipage. A bord, pilotes et h\u00f4tesses ou stewards forment une \u00e9quipe soud\u00e9e et solidaire, c&#8217;est leur force pour faire face aux menaces multiples rencontr\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque vol <a href=\"https:\/\/indegenerique.be\/acheter-cialis-generique-belgique\/\">indegenerique.be<\/a>. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est la premi\u00e8re exigence de nos clients, diviser pour mieux r\u00e9gner est une strat\u00e9gie risqu\u00e9e sur le plan de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 comme sur le plan commercial.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Repartir du bon pied<\/h2>\n<p>Pourquoi ne pas repartir d&#8217;une page blanche et la laisser \u00e9crire par ceux qui mettront en \u0153uvre le changement ? Les salari\u00e9s sont les mieux plac\u00e9s pour savoir ce qui peut am\u00e9liorer leur rentabilit\u00e9. Ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 travailler mieux et plus si c&#8217;est pour servir une cause qu&#8217;ils ont envie de d\u00e9fendre. Il faut faire confiance aux acteurs et arr\u00eater de leur dire comment faire, il faut les \u00e9couter et mettre en \u0153uvre leurs propositions.<\/p>\n<p>Prendre l&#8217;\u00e9quation de la rentabilit\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la valeur ajout\u00e9e et non du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des co\u00fbts. C&#8217;est le seul moyen de stopper le dumping social, car nous co\u00fbterons toujours trop cher. L&#8217;ensemble des salari\u00e9s d&#8217;Air France d\u00e9clare aimer leur compagnie, peu d&#8217;entreprises ont cette chance. Il faut utiliser cette \u00e9nergie pour repartir de l&#8217;avant. Mais comment faire\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0En mode \u00ab\u00a0start up\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Recentrer le projet Boost sur sa fibre d&#8217;innovation peut lui permettre d&#8217;exister et de donner envie aux salari\u00e9s d&#8217;y participer. En mode start up, rien \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier en amont.<\/p>\n<p>Juste d\u00e9finir les modalit\u00e9s d&#8217;un laboratoire\u00a0: un nombre d&#8217;avions, une dur\u00e9e, des volontaires, un mode de management participatif.
