Au terme de trois journ\u00e9es de gr\u00e8ve, du 18 au 20 mars, marqu\u00e9es par une forte mobilisation des personnels navigants commerciaux (PNC), la situation semble au point mort entre les syndicats UNSA et SNPNC, et la direction d\u2019Air France. \u00ab Nous n\u2019avons pas obtenu de relance des n\u00e9gociations. Il n\u2019y a pas de calendrier \u00bb de reprise des discussions, d\u00e9plore Christophe Pillet, porte-parole du SNPNC. Pourtant, la gr\u00e8ve a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab extr\u00eamement suivie \u00bb, dit-il, faisant \u00e9tat d\u2019un taux de participation au mouvement de \u00ab pr\u00e8s de 60 % \u00bb. La direction de la compagnie conteste ces chiffres \u00e9voquant un taux de gr\u00e9vistes oscillant entre 29 et 38% selon les jours. Les deux syndicats, majoritaires chez les PNC, refusent toujours de parapher l\u2019accord propos\u00e9 par la direction qui \u00e9tait ouvert \u00e0 la signature jusqu\u2019au 15 mars.<\/p>\n<p>Les h\u00f4tesses et stewards r\u00e9clament \u00ab une n\u00e9gociation globale qui ne porte pas seulement sur Boost \u00bb. Selon le SNPNC, ils ne croient pas, en effet, que le projet de compagnie \u00e0 bas co\u00fbts sur les vols long et moyen-courriers \u00ab apportera les r\u00e9sultats spectaculaires que l\u2019entreprise pourrait attendre \u00bb, notamment avec l\u2019embauche sur Boost de PNC, dont la productivit\u00e9 serait inf\u00e9rieure de 40% par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne du march\u00e9. La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration repr\u00e9sente environ la moiti\u00e9 de cet \u00e9cart de productivit\u00e9 pr\u00e9cise la direction. Selon le syndicat, l\u2019\u00e9conomie ne d\u00e9passerait pas \u00ab 62 millions d\u2019euros par an \u00bb. La crainte des PNC est que la nouvelle compagnie n\u2019emploie que des \u00ab jeunes peu r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s, avec du turnover \u00bb. Un outil pour \u00ab casser le syst\u00e8me d\u2019Air France \u00bb et ses PNC aux carri\u00e8res longues et aux salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Les syndicats redoutent que Boost se transforme en \u00ab un laboratoire, un moyen de chantage permanent, un comparatif interne \u00bb entre les personnels d\u2019Air France et ceux de la filiale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>LES SYNDICATS VEULENT PLUS QUE 500 EMBAUCHES<\/h2>\n<p>Ils invitent la direction \u00e0 \u00ab revoir sa copie sur l\u2019accord collectif \u00bb propos\u00e9 au PNC, notamment le volet embauches. Les 500 recrutements qui s\u2019ajouteraient au millier d\u2019h\u00f4tesses et stewards embauch\u00e9s uniquement pour Boost sont loin de les satisfaire. Ils estiment, pyramide des \u00e2ges oblige, que \u00ab dans les quatre \u00e0 cinq ans \u00e0 venir 1 200 \u00e0 1 500 d\u00e9parts naturels \u00bb devraient intervenir chez Air France. Pour l\u2019heure, les PNC n\u2019ont pas d\u00e9croch\u00e9 de nouveau rendez-vous avec la direction.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, les discussions entre Air France et ses pilotes ont franchi une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive. La direction et le Syndicat national des pilotes de ligne (SNPL) ont conclu, jeudi 23 mars, un accord sur la revalorisation des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations des copilotes de Transavia, filiale \u00e0 bas co\u00fbts de la compagnie a\u00e9rienne. Ces derniers seront align\u00e9s sur ceux d\u2019Air France. \u00ab Une bonne nouvelle pour les copilotes de Transavia \u00bb, se f\u00e9licite V\u00e9ronique Damon, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du SNPL. De fait, certains pourraient voir leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration augmenter de 36 %. Il en co\u00fbtera pr\u00e8s de huit millions d\u2019euros \u00e0 Air France. En contrepartie, les pilotes ont accept\u00e9 un partage de codes entre Air France et Transavia pour faciliter les correspondances des passagers entre les deux compagnies. Les clients d\u2019Air France pourront utiliser leurs miles pour voyager sur Transavia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>DES PILOTES EN POSITION DE FORCE<\/h2>\n<p>Forts de ce nouveau succ\u00e8s, les pilotes, qui se savent en position de force, veulent pousser leur avantage. La p\u00e9nurie de navigants d\u00e9j\u00e0 constat\u00e9e en Asie et au Moyen-Orient gagne les Etats-Unis. Elle devrait bient\u00f4t se manifester en Europe. Pour preuve, indique Mme Damon : \u00ab la liste d\u2019attente de pilotes pour Air France sera \u00e9puis\u00e9e d\u2019ici un an et demi \u00bb. Un nouveau round de n\u00e9gociations avec la direction a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 au mardi 4 avril. Ce sera l\u2019occasion pour le SNPL de remettre sur la table sa principale revendication : le r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage de l\u2019activit\u00e9 entre KLM et Air France. Selon le syndicat, l\u2019op\u00e9ration pourrait \u00eatre liss\u00e9e sur \u00ab six \u00e0 sept ans pour ne pas p\u00e9naliser le d\u00e9veloppement de KLM \u00bb. Pour faire bonne mesure, les pilotes r\u00e9clament aussi des hausses de salaires, environ 8 %, au pr\u00e9texte qu\u2019ils auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 oubli\u00e9s lors des derni\u00e8res n\u00e9gociations annuelles obligatoires. Une revendication qui fait tache d\u2019huile en Europe.
