Le syndicat de pilotes majoritaire de la compagnie a\u00e9rienne Air France a prolong\u00e9 d\u2019une semaine son r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum sur le projet Boost, officiellement pour tenir compte des vacances scolaires.<\/p>\n
Alors que le r\u00e9sultat du r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum organis\u00e9 par le SNPL Air France ALPA \u00e9tait attendu le 13 f\u00e9vrier 2017, la secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale V\u00e9ronique Damon a annonc\u00e9 sa prolongation jusqu\u2019\u00e0 lundi prochain 20 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 17h00 pour \u00ab tenir compte des vacances scolaires \u00bb. Elle a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 hier qu\u2019un quart des quelques 3700 pilote s\u2019\u00e9taient prononc\u00e9s vendredi sur la question pos\u00e9e : \u00ab Approuvez-vous l\u2019externalisation d\u2019une partie de l\u2019activit\u00e9 et de la flotte long et moyen-courrier d\u2019Air France dans une nouvelle structure ? \u00bb. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette consultation seront \u00ab tr\u00e8s importants \u00bb, affirme dans l\u2019Express la syndicaliste selon qui si le \u00ab non \u00bb l\u2019emporte, il faudra trouver une solution pour faire \u00ab Boost autrement \u00bb.<\/p>\n
La question pos\u00e9e par le SNPL est contest\u00e9e par la direction d\u2019Air France, qui a \u00e9crit la semaine derni\u00e8re aux pilotes pour d\u00e9tailler le projet d\u2019accord sur la cr\u00e9ation de Boost, nom de code de la nouvelle compagnie \u00e0 bas co\u00fbts dont le vol inaugural est pr\u00e9vu fin octobre 2017, et qui devrait disposer en 2020 d\u2019une flotte limit\u00e9e \u00e0 28 avions (18 monocouloirs Airbus pour le court et moyen-courrier et dix A350-900 pour le long-courrier). Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Franck Terner pr\u00e9cisait alors que le projet d\u2019accord est ouvert \u00e0 la signature des syndicats de pilotes jusqu\u2019au 24 f\u00e9vrier ; le SNPL a laiss\u00e9 entendre que l\u2019organisation d\u2019un nouveau r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum pourrait \u00eatre d\u00e9cid\u00e9 deux jours plus t\u00f4t, lors de la r\u00e9union du Conseil du syndicat.<\/p>\n
L\u2019arr\u00eat des n\u00e9gociations avec les pilotes a \u00e9t\u00e9 regrett\u00e9 par le SNPL, qui \u00e9voque un projet \u00ab pas signable en l\u2019\u00e9tat \u00bb. Air France a de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 entam\u00e9 hier les n\u00e9gociations avec les h\u00f4tesses de l\u2019air et stewards, une s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re \u00e9tant pr\u00e9vue cet apr\u00e8s-midi avec les trois principaux syndicats (SMAF UNSA PNC, SNPNC-FO et UNAC-CGC). Elles porteront sur le projet Boost mais aussi sur le nouvel accord collectif \u2013 pour lequel les discussions sont cens\u00e9es aboutir avant le 28 f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n
