L’UNPNC<\/strong> souhaite r\u00e9agir au plus vite face \u00e0 la confusion qui r\u00e8gne actuellement. En effet, \u00e0 l’approche du pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par l’UNAC du 14 au 17 Octobre, et soutenu par l’Intersyndicale (SNPNC FO, UNSA PNC), plusieurs r\u00e9unions ont eu lieu avec la Direction conduisant \u00e0 la lev\u00e9e de ce pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n M\u00eame si nous savons tous que ces rounds de n\u00e9gociation peuvent nous conduire \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions qui seront parfois difficilement compr\u00e9hensibles ou acceptables pour les PNC, nous devons cependant privil\u00e9gier l’intelligence collective, et avoir une approche plus pragmatique de la situation.<\/p>\n Ainsi L\u2019UNPNC<\/strong> a fait d\u00e8s le mois de juillet le choix de la n\u00e9gociation, en recherchant sur la base d’une reconduction de l’accord actuel jusqu’en mars 2018, l’am\u00e9lioration de points significatifs que nous avons obtenu et qui nous ont conduit \u00e0 la lev\u00e9e de notre pr\u00e9avis fin juillet. Citons :<\/p>\n – le paiement permanent des RADD LC et MC.<\/p>\n – les r\u00e8gles de calcul et d\u2019attribution des IKV.<\/p>\n – les efforts consentis sur la dur\u00e9e des S2, 57h.<\/p>\n – la stabilit\u00e9 planning sur LC, en cas d’absence du PNC.<\/p>\n – la limitation des rotations d\u00e9rogatoires<\/p>\n Par ailleurs, nous demandons le retour \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser les journ\u00e9es \u00ab JOKER \u00bb tel que d\u00e9fini dans l\u2019accord collectif 2008-2013, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire avec une utilisation possible jusqu\u2019au jour J avant l\u2019heure de pointage.<\/p>\n Cette gen\u00e8se du conflit de Juillet 2016 est n\u00e9cessaire, puisqu’elle d\u00e9montre que la gr\u00e8ve n’a d’int\u00e9r\u00eat que si elle apporte des avanc\u00e9es substantielles ; or force est de constater que cela n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas. Elle nous a conduit au gel d’une prolongation significative de l’accord actuel et des am\u00e9liorations d\u00e9crites pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment ! Pire on se retrouve dans la situation, o\u00f9 nous devons choisir entre, la signature d’une prolongation de l’accord actuel de trois mois \u00e0 compter du 1er Novembre, avec l\u2019obtention \u00e0 la marge de quelques points dont le paiement des RADD, ou la mise en place de r\u00e8gles unilat\u00e9rales par la Direction.<\/p>\n L\u2019UNPNC<\/strong> en appelle \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 de chacun, nous voulons un accord protecteur pour le PNC, n\u00e9goci\u00e9 et sign\u00e9 collectivement sur les bases de ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 en Juillet, laissant ainsi le temps \u00e0 une n\u00e9gociation apais\u00e9e.<\/p>\n Enfin la mise en place de r\u00e8gles unilat\u00e9rales par notre Direction, \u00e0 l’issue de la p\u00e9riode de n\u00e9gociation, conduirait
