Cette lettre doit parvenir \u00e0 Air France 30 jours avant le d\u00e9but de la formation.<\/p>\n<p>La demande doit pr\u00e9ciser\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la date et la dur\u00e9e de l&#8217;absence sollicit\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>le nom de l&#8217;organisme responsable du stage ou de la session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>La r\u00e9ponse d\u2019 Air France<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Air France ne peut s&#8217;opposer \u00e0 mon d\u00e9part que si l\u2019entreprise estime que cette absence pourrait avoir des cons\u00e9quences pr\u00e9judiciables \u00e0 sa bonne marche (apr\u00e8s avis conforme du comit\u00e9 d&#8217;entreprise).<\/p>\n<p>Le refus de l&#8217;employeur doit m\u2019\u00eatre motiv\u00e9 et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/glossaire\/R14732\">notifi\u00e9<\/a> dans un d\u00e9lai de 8 jours \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception de sa demande.
