A ce mail doit \u00eatre joint le certificat d&#8217;inscription aux examens.<\/p>\n<p>Le courrier doit parvenir \u00e0 Air France 60 jours avant la date de d\u00e9but des \u00e9preuves.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&#8217;y a pas de d\u00e9lai \u00e0 respecter entre 2 cong\u00e9s pour examen ou entre 1 cong\u00e9 pour examen et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F14018\">1 cong\u00e9 individuel de formation (Cif)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>La r\u00e9ponse d\u2019 Air France<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Air France a 30 jours pour me r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;entreprise est tenue d&#8217;accepter la demande si les conditions d&#8217;anciennet\u00e9 et les formalit\u00e9s et d\u00e9lais pour effectuer la demande sont respect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;employeur peut toutefois d\u00e9cider de reporter mon absence si le nombre de salari\u00e9s absents passant un cong\u00e9 pour examen d\u00e9passe 2 % de l&#8217;effectif total de l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Dur\u00e9e du cong\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e du cong\u00e9 comprend\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une dur\u00e9e maximale de 24 heures (soit 3 jours de travail) pour pr\u00e9parer l&#8217;examen<\/li>\n<li>la dur\u00e9e de l&#8217;examen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est possible de prendre plusieurs cong\u00e9s par an pour passer un examen.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du cong\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ma r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est maintenue, \u00e0 condition que je pr\u00e9sente une attestation de pr\u00e9sence aux examens.
