Suite au verdict rendu par la cour d’appel de Paris en 2015, vous avez été nombreux, entrés dans la compagnie en 6ème classe, entre le 1er janvier 1996 et l’année 2000, à nous solliciter sur ce sujet.<\/p>\n
Notre démarche a alors été de trouver une solution pour vous permettre de faire valoir votre droit devant le Conseil de Prud’hommes sans frais de dossier exorbitants et ainsi, ne pas vous faire supporter la prise de risque financière inhérente à toute action en justice. En effet, la condamnation de la compagnie Air France à verser 20 000€ de « dommages et intérêts pour violation du principe d’égalité de traitement » est une décision encourageante, mais elle ne garantit en rien le même jugement pour les prochains cas individuels qui seront proposés aux Prud’hommes.<\/p>\n
C’est pour cela que nous voulions être en mesure de vous garantir le risque zéro avant de vous encourager à monter vos dossiers, c’est maintenant chose faite et nous sommes heureux d’annoncer :<\/p>\n
Pour tous nos adhérents UNPNC-CFDT depuis plus d’un an; la prise en charge à 100% des frais juridiques pour les dossiers B-scale. Soit un coût total de 0€ restant à charge du PNC !<\/p>\n
Pour l’ensemble des PNC Air France, la prise en charge de la totalité des frais juridiques après une adhésion d’un an. Y’a moins bien ailleurs, mais c’est plus cher !<\/p>\n
Nous vous accueillons au bureau D 020 au 2ème étage de la D.O. pour vous conseiller, vous informer sur les pièces à fournir et vous aiguiller vers l’avocat qui s’occupera de votre dossier.<\/p>\n
