Le 12 Fe\u0301vrier 2016, des militants et adhe\u0301rents PNC de deux syndicats (SNPNAC et CFDT-PNC) ont de\u0301cide\u0301 de s\u2019unir pour ne plus former qu\u2019une seule entite\u0301 : l\u2019Union Nationale du Personnel Navigant Commercial UNPNC. Ce syndicat est affilie\u0301 a\u0300 la CFDT.<\/p>\n
Dans un contexte ou\u0300 l\u2019avenir de notre profession parai\u0302t bien incertain, il nous semble crucial de jouer la carte du rassemblement et d\u2019unir nos forces pour de\u0301fendre au mieux les inte\u0301re\u0302ts des PNC.<\/p>\n
C\u2019est par des actions, non par des paroles ou des gesticulations, que nous comptons de\u0301montrer aux PNC notre engagement afin d\u2019assurer un avenir pe\u0301renne de notre me\u0301tier et une qualite\u0301 de vie meilleure, tant a\u0300 bord de nos avions que pour notre vie prive\u0301e.<\/p>\n
Ainsi, au niveau national, nous nous attacherons a\u0300 cre\u0301er un ve\u0301ritable statut social pour les PNC a\u0300 travers un Accord de Branche qui couvrira toutes les compagnies ae\u0301riennes.<\/p>\n
Dans les entreprises nous accompagnerons le de\u0301veloppement des compagnies a\u0300 travers un dialogue social de qualite\u0301, seul gage pour pre\u0301server et de\u0301velopper nos emplois.<\/p>\n
Toutefois nous serons vigilants a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301volution des directives europe\u0301ennes qui cassent un peu plus chaque jour le cadre protecteur des PNC franc\u0327ais.<\/p>\n
Vous pourrez de\u0301couvrir dans nos futures communications, comme au travers du site Internet que nous ouvrons, toutes les autres de\u0301marches que nous allons entreprendre et qui s\u2019inscrivent pleinement dans le cadre de la de\u0301fense des inte\u0301re\u0302ts des PNC au niveau national.<\/p>\n
