depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> \u00a0d\u00e9cembre)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">\u00c9tonnant que ceux qui s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent aujourd\u2019hui de la valeur juridique des \u00e9volutions inscrites (dans un ACG protecteur) soient les m\u00eames pour qui \u00eatre sous note de direction (sans aucune protection sociale PNC) ne pose aucun probl\u00e8me (\u2026)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>Seules r\u00e9elles raisons de leurs actions ? : <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Leur choix d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9* de ne pas participer au comit\u00e9 de suivi de l\u2019ACG, qui permet de n\u00e9gocier et faire \u00e9voluer nos conditions ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\">Pour l\u2019UNAC, une absence chronique aux r\u00e9unions sur le produit LC\/MC ; la QVT ; le bidding ; etc. ???<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366\"><strong>En
