Dans le cadre de l’accord collectif du Personnel Navigant Commercial 2023-2028, la Direction d’Air France a pris l’engagement d’initier une \u00e9tude technique et financi\u00e8re concernant la mise en \u0153uvre de la subrogation en cas d’arr\u00eat maladie suite \u00e0 nos demandes .<\/span><\/p>\n

La subrogation est un m\u00e9canisme o\u00f9 l’employeur prend en charge le paiement des indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale \u00e0 la place de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette \u00e9tude vise \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les cons\u00e9quences organisationnelles, notamment les couts directs li\u00e9s \u00e0 l’avance de tr\u00e9sorerie, ainsi que les couts indirects impliqu\u00e9s par cette mesure, telle que l’impact sur l’organisation et la charge de travail.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ces \u00e9valuations seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en consid\u00e9rant les avantages sociaux qu’une telle mesure apporterait au personnel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il est \u00e0 noter que l’UNPNC r\u00e9clame depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es l’instauration de la subrogation, et cette initiative marque une avanc\u00e9e significative.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette \u00e9tude est un pas concret vers la r\u00e9alisation de cette demande l\u00e9gitime.<\/span><\/p>\n

La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Diot-Siaci a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de mener cette \u00e9tude sur la subrogation. Ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 entam\u00e9 leur travail et ont \u00e9tabli un calendrier pour cette \u00e9tude.<\/span><\/p>\n
